Citizens Utility Board is hiring linemen. The Citizens Utility Board (CUB), one of Illinois’ premier consumer advocacy groups, is seeking a Carbon Free Buildings Coordinator to help bring about an affordable, clean, and just energy future. This individual will engage with community members, environmentalists, and policymakers to identify and implement equitable building decarbonization solutions.
Step 01. Pay

Step 02. Apprentice
Lineman apprentices at Citizens Utility Board will be responsible for construction, maintenance and operations. Use shovels, sledge hammers and 90 lb jack hammers. Perform aerial work in a safety belt in a safe and efficient manner
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at Citizens Utility Board Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, Health and dental insurance, Employer-paid life insurance and employee assistance program, Vacation, PTO, and sick time and Extra week of vacation for all staff members.
Step 04. Hiring
Citizens Utility Board Lineman required in 3 year diploma and 4 year experience in electricl filed. Gear and has High Voltage experience.
