Cecil Colley has dedicated 35 years to mastering the demanding conditions of linework in Alaska, working with LU 1547. His expertise and steadfast reliability have made him an esteemed and dependable figure in his field. He is an active member of the Apprenticeship Board of Trustees, as well as the president of the IBEW Executive Board. Cecil works in the field training apprentices during the summer and spends his winters teaching line classes at the Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship School. Cecil's career is distinguished by his proactive approach to both work and community engagements, often volunteering for additional responsibilities and participating in local initiatives. His deep-rooted commitment to the profession and his community highlights his exceptional character and dedication.
