Coserv is hiring linemen. CoServ has over 9,800 miles of electric infrastructure serving more than 221,000 meters across Denton, Collin, Cooke, Grayson, Tarrant, and Wise counties. Natural gas affiliate CoServ Gas, established in 1998, serves more than 113,000 gas meters in Denton, Collin, and Kaufman counties.

Step 02. Apprentice
Lineman apprentices at Coserv will be responsible for construction, maintenance and operations. Use shovels, sledge hammers and 90 lb jack hammers. Perform aerial work in a safety belt in a safe and efficient manner
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at Coserv Installs, maintains, and removes underground conductors, conduits, vaults, transformers, elbows, terminators, splices including secondary conductors and connections.
Step 04. Hiring
To become a Lineman at Coserv required High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalency, First Aid/CPR, Basic knowledge of National Electric Safety Code (NESC), National Electric Code (NEC), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training and 2 to 4 years of experience in Electrical Distribution staking and design.
