Ken Bilek brings 40 years of experience as a lineman, trainer, and consultant across the electrical lineworker field. He spent 21 years as a union journeyman lineman with the Pennsylvania Electric Company before expanding into transmission and distribution specialty work as a Live Line Demonstrator for the A. B. Chance Company. Over the decades that followed, Ken built a reputation as a go-to live-line trainer — teaching hot-stick and barehand methods, safety practices, and real-world job-site skills to crews and utilities nationwide. Today he continues that work as an independent live-line trainer and consultant, passing on hard-won craft knowledge to the next generation of lineworkers.
