Step 01. Pay

Step 02. Apprentice
Lineworker apprentices at Allo will experience with both sticking and gloving methods of work Apprentices will learn all aspects of Line work while completing on the job training (OJT) hours. Assist in the construction of new overhead and underground services and service upgrades. Operate heavy and light equipment including digger derricks, aerial lift devices, pulling and tensioning equipment, forklifts, dump trucks and various dirt equipment. Apprentice must, at all times, follow all safety policies and procedures
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at Allo will perform the duties as a fiber splicer as a part of the construction of telecommunications outside plant to ensure scope of work performed is within standards required by customer and You will test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation.
Step 04. Hiring
Lineman at Allo required safely drive, operate, and maintain bucket truck, maintain tool, material, and required safety gear inventory.
