Using a co-venture approach, partners provide basic tooling and equipment, and CSI Powerline provides the manpower.
Step 01. Pay

Step 02. Apprentice
Lineworker apprentices at CSI Powerline will experience with both sticking and gloving methods of work Apprentices will learn all aspects of Line work while completing on the job training (OJT) hours. Assist in the construction of new overhead and underground services and service upgrades. Operate heavy and light equipment including digger derricks, aerial lift devices, pulling and tensioning equipment, forklifts, dump trucks and various dirt equipment. Apprentice must, at all times, follow all safety policies and procedures
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at CSI Powerline this policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
Step 04. Hiring
Lineman in CSI Powerline must have at least 1 year of powerline experience and High school diploma or GED preferred.
