Jackson EMC is one of the largest electric cooperatives in the nation with four district offices, plus a corporate campus, servicing 10 counties in Northeast Georgia, providing power to more than 237,000 meters on 14,360 miles of lines with 81 substations. Jackson EMC service territory includes Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Barrow, Madison, Clarke, Banks, Lumpkin, Franklin and Oglethorpe counties. Jackson EMC has district offices in Gainesville, Jefferson, Lawrenceville and Hull with engineering and operations centers in Lawrenceville, Jefferson and Oakwood.
