Step 02. Apprentice
Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment including: backhoe, trencher, skid steer, HydroVAC, directional bore machine, digger derrick trucks, all-terrain track machine, crawler dozers, bobcats, forklift and trackhoe Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to foreman.
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at We Energies Installing transmission and distribution lines between power plants and individual buildings or homes. Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.
Step 04. Hiring
A Lineman in We Energies High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of experience in a similar position required.
