Step 01. Pay

Step 02. Apprentice
Lineman apprentices at Lee County Electric will be responsible for construction, maintenance and operations. Use shovels, sledge hammers and 90 lb jack hammers. Perform aerial work in a safety belt in a safe and efficient manner
Step 03. Journeyman
Journeyman lineman at Lee County Electric Coop Perform construction and maintenance duties of overhead and underground facilities for electrical distribution and transmission. Install and maintain network systems for private lines and determine solutions for any issues preventing the service from operating normally.
Step 04. Hiring
Lee County Electric Coop lineman required Associates in technical field / High School diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 2 years of job experience, preferably in the electrical field.
