TTR Substations is hiring linemen. TTR Substations is a full service electrical substation contractor. TTR is fully equipped to handle the largest substation projects as well as the small projects. TTR Substations Inc. was started by dedicated individuals with a vision for the utility industry. TTR Substations has successfully completed hundreds of projects for PG&E, Southern California Edison and Modesto Irrigation District.
Step 02. Apprentice
Lineman Apprenticeships at TTR Substations
Lineworker apprentices at TTR will experience with both sticking and gloving methods of work Apprentices will learn all aspects of Line work while completing on the job training (OJT) hours. Assist in the construction of new overhead and underground services and service upgrades. Operate heavy and light equipment including digger derricks, aerial lift devices, pulling and tensioning equipment, forklifts, dump trucks and various dirt equipment. Apprentice must, at all times, follow all safety policies and procedures

Journeyman lineman at TTR Substations Testing, troubleshooting, & repair of all high voltage issues. Installation, repair and maintenance of electrical infrastructure including: utility poles, guy wires, down anchors, insulators, fuses, switches, and associated hardware.Preventive maintenance & repair on all transformers, sub-yards, switchgear, high-current breakers, and automatic transfer switches.
